I order this mobo a few months back to upgrade an olde 775 set up, a week ago finaly got my memory so i upgraded the olde parts to this set up, and is a nice board to overclock on..

Yes i play games on it..and they do run very well..

My trsuty NZXT tempest king air flow over a year olde and still doing its job.
got 2 samsung f3 1tbs
i5 760 2.80ghz OC 3.51ghz volts are 1.256v
Corsair HX620
6850 AMD 1g ddr5 will be getting another to try and test xfire on this board soon.

very happy with it so fare with no problems.

I just built my first DIY test rig.

After hooking up the essentials, powered up the pc. To my horror there was no video! no POST beep. It was like mobo was dead.

After crwarling through asus support forum, there was a suggestion to flush the CMOS after a
hardware change. I did that and swtiched on the PC, now everything came to life.

As per the performace is concerned, it is very good. As a first build, i am very happy with it.
I am using i5 760 with a budget graphics card (not using for gaming or video editing).

Two SATA cables are provided, one of them has a 90 degrees bend at one end, this is very good for connecting your harddrive or optical device. I wish ASUS had given both the cables with 90 degrees bend.

SATA connectors, front panel connectors are at the very bottom of the mobo, once the board is fitted inside the case, it is difficult to plug/unplug connectors, i had to use a tweezer to connect the front panel connectors.

The back plate was tricky to install, i would have prefered a plastic fascia instead of a thin sheet metal.
