I bought this MoBo following a 'Best Buy' recommendation in Computer Shopper magazine. I have not regretted it. I had great trouble with supposedly compatible RAM modules but the MemOK key on the board, together with excellent utilities on the CD, allowed me to set the DRAM correctly. I put in an inexpensive AMD Sempron 140 as it overclocks well on the board. It is running with perfect stability at 3.5 GHz, 30% overclocked.
This is a truly excellent, full-featured motherboard. Very good value for money. GOT THIS TO REPLACE A ASUS BOARD FEW MODELS DOWN FROM THIS ONE BECAUSE OF THE CORE UNLOCKER FOR MY PHENOM 2 555 BLACK EDTION THAT I UNLOCKED THE 3RD CORE ON MY OLD BOARD BUT WHEN RECIVING THIS IT WOULD NOT UNLOCK 3RD CORE OR EVEN OC , KEPT BLUE SCREENING NO MATTER HOW MUCH TWEEKING IN BIOS SO GAVE UP AND SENT BACK FOR A REFUND , NOTICED ANOTHER POPULAR SITE HAD 10+ OF THESE B GRADE MUST BE A COMON PROB WITH THEM SO GOING TO ORDER ASROCK BOARD INSTEAD,
