This Headset is such amazing very cool design, very sick audio! it can handle everything.
Before i bought it, i looked at multiple headset and i searched for the best gaming headsets, i searched for weeks.
In Comparisons it always ended up that his one has the best sound, the only thing that came close to this headset was the Sennheiser PC 360 and The Beyerdynamic MMX 300.
Sound:
I bought this fall, and it is simply amazing, it is the best audio press ive heard.
I quickly started playing Battlefield 3, with it and it sounds amazing.
Every sound sounded sick, in BF3.
After using this headset i got bored of real life sounds.
I realized what makes the sound good is the crystal clear audio, the thick bass, and the surround.
It is a beast, and the explosions felt like my house felt down sometimes, in my opinon this headset sounds better then real life gunshots and explosions.
Soundcards:
On the otherside you will need a High end sound card, and to update the drivers.
I recommend these soundcards:

(For notebook users you cant replace the soundcard because its to small, because of that you will need a USB.)

Build quality:
It has a very high Build quality, i lost it 4 times to the ground
(It fell down to the floor because i placed when i walked away i placed it in the edge of the table)
My fault!
But it never came lose or shortet out the sound.
Overall:
Highly recomended!
