I ordered trainers ASICS Men's Gel Seigyo M (Size 8) as a birthday present for my daughter's partner, on Monday 7th May. He is still awaiting delivery, even though Amazon informed me that they sent out a replacement dispatch, First Class, on the 15th of May, when the first order had not appeared.
It is as if these trainers are disappearing into the ether. Perhaps the postman has put them on and is running so fast he can't stop at the correct house - always assuming they were dispatched. The interesting thing here is that neither Amazon or I seem to have anyway of tracking the items from depot to door.
I can't garde the product, but the service is appalling. I've give 1 star as I wasn't sure that 0 stars would appear on screen.
On this occasion, Amazon's system has let me down very badly.
