The GEL-PATRIOT 4 is perfect for beginner runners, providing support and cushioning through a compression moulded EVA midsole, shaped ankle and a secure heel fitting to lock your foot in place. These running trainers have a mesh pannelled upper to allow breathability and feature AHAR (Asics High Abrasion Rubber) placed to critical areas of the sole to heighten durability.

The service for delivery was next day and brilliant though the trainer was too small even though I am usually a 12, this seemed like a sturdy trainer for the price but have now optd to go for one a bit more expensive which has the gel in it for comfort.

A Good entry trainer, Normally a size 8 and after reading another review i ordered a half size larger, Im glad i did. I Cant fault the trainer, Have brought it for jogging a few miles a week. The trainer is a nice weight and comfy. Not a trainer for the serious runner (been there done that blah blah) but for a jog in the park it is perfect and at a good price.

I've already been jogging with them and their fine, for the money they are very good, not that different from my nikes that cost nearly double.

got what i looked
the perfect shoes for the price of £22. Fits well and tight and but you feel the material bit hard and tough for some time but as you go along it becomes softer and very comfort. Read more
