This is a good book if your are studying a general Product Design course. In my case I am studying product design through one subject area so although this was useful it didn't neccessarily contain all the information I needed. If you are specialising in Resistant materials,Graphics or Electronics then this book will be of more use to you than if you were specialising in Food technology or Textiles. This book is a good starting point but you may need other books aswell as this depending on the exact details of your course.
