The armband has a long velcro strip glued on the stretchy arm strap, but after a week the velcro came unstuck and the arm strap ripped apart near the iPod holder. I used it in the gym every day and assume that sweat deteriorates the fabric plus the velcro cannot stretch the same as the material of the armband. It may be ok for light exercise but it's not strong enough for heavy exercise use.

Very handy piece of equipment. It doesn't move once strapped on and is comfortable to wear. It can be a little tricky to fit the iPod clasp onto the armband but at least it is a secure fit!

Bad product!
The Velcro on the armband came off the first time I used it rendering the product useless!! I will pay more for a product in the future.

Broke on 1st wear
The velcro strip pulled loose on the first wear. I rechecked the negative reviews and this was a common complaint so I returned and got a refund.

Dont forget the glue ..... You will need it !!!!!!!
