Material is fit for use as a watch strap, albeit not aesthetically complimentary when wearing it with your armani suit for brunch with your compadres (heckle at the toffs amongst the reviews), but more than acceptable for casual wear / sports.
Absolutely no chance of ipod coming free (i've just furiously shaken the watch strap with the ipod installed, its going no where, one review said it came loose - no chance, I may even claim wizardry was in practice, and even so I think Dumbledore would struggle.
No issues accessing the power port and headphone jack.
No issues utilising the sound up/down & power button.
There has been mention of warping of the silicone when the watch strap is over tightened,I rage at ridiculous reviews like this, hows about stop 'over tightening' it.
In summary, a great product.

I bought this product last week as I was worried about using such a small ipod device on the treadmill! The strap is not very high quality but, for the price, is a good purchase that I have used to good effect at the gym. The advantage of this over an arm strap is that you can see the screen as you run which is helpful.

This product was a disappointment from the moment I received it. The rubber used on this strap seems to be of a very poor quality, it seems to stretch in a pretty similar way to haribo sweets actually! I can understand why they would use this in the section surrounding the iPod as that needs to stretch to accommodate the iPod but the rest of the strap should be made of a different material which isn't so floppy!
I think people only brought these straps to complement the touch-screen iPod but instead it makes it look awful and rather cheap. If you are reading this I would really suggest you look elsewhere.

Useless
This seemed like such a good idea but I've given up after just one day. The rubber is so soft and pliable that with the slightest movement, the ipod pops out of the casing. Read more

THIS PRODUCT WAS BOUGHT AS A GIFT TOGETHER WITH MY NEW NANO. IT HAS PROVED TO BE EXCELLENT. I PREFER IT TO THE OLD TYPE, WHICH STRAPPED ONTO YOU ARM OR WRIST BY A VELCRO STRIP. Read more

Does what it says
It does what it says, the nano sits quite securely into the the strap. This is very definitely a man's wrist strap though, as it's quite chunky.

Just Great
Has hardly been off my teenager's wrist. He doesn't wear a conventional watch, but the clock on the iPod Nano can come on a the screen saver, and so it effectively becomes a watch. Read more
