For the price I think there is no better 27in LED monitor. Connects very easily with HDMI and works straight out of the box. I installed the iMenu software from the supplied CD - it works very well once you change the language from Chinese to English! This method of adjusting the screen settings works much better than the OSD and button along the bottom egde of the screen as they are quite fiddly.

The default screen settings needed some adjustment for contrast/brightness and colour. A quick google reveals settings that I found excellent for both PC work and playing videos.

A few simple adjustments in the onscreen menu can improve thing:-.
First, set the colours to "User" mode, the set
"Red" to 39,
"Green" to 37 and
"Blue" to 50.
Next change the gamma from "Gamma 1" to "Gamma 3".
Finally, to get decent contrast, change this setting from 50 to 70.

There was one dead pixel that 'fixed' itself following these adjustments...
I also like the 4 port USB hub and Screen+ software supplied on the CD that splits the screen into different panes.
All in all a very good monitor for the price.

This screen is really good; I have no complains about it whatsoever. The stand on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired: it is a crappy weak plastic holder with one setting only, so no height adjustments can be done (the monitor is currently sitting on top of a stack of books), and worst of all, the entire monitor wobbles around when I touch the desk. Seems like a stupid place to skimp.

Was very surprised by the quality of this display - I entitled this review as a great "little" monitor - but it's of course far from that. Full HD and HDCP enabled etc. I had read gripes about no HDMI on this monitor but it turns out that they just complain that there is no HDMI cable in the box. Well the price of a cable these days is not worth the effort in complaining of that really. Picture quality is great - yes the buttons on the underside of the monitor are small and cumbersome - but how often do you actually need to use them? I have the main PC connected to the DVI connector and the Raspberry Pi connected the the HDMI input - not a problem switching between inputs (even with the fiddly buttons). Speakers are nothing special being such a thin screen and anyway who doesn't have an external speaker setup these days. Even my Panasonic plasma TV sounds awful through its small speakers - that's just the way it goes. So overall very well surprised by this little monitor - for sure it's great value for money and according to AOC it comes with a 3 year warranty. Can't fault it and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little new monitor.

The monitor is great!
Firstly, I bought this for my Gaming PC, and MacBook Pro Retina.
At first, I was missing my 21.5" iMac display a great deal. The colours aren't as sharp, the display is not as bright.
Going from a higher quality display to the AOC E2752VQ takes a bit of getting used to.
The most significant complaint is that the darks aren't as good. They appear sort of blue and pixely.
Also, the built in speakers are sufficient, but not that great.

After getting used to it, it's fine. The size is great, but you do get used to it and start to think less of how large it actually is. I find people noticing how large it is, while I am used to it and don't understand what they are talking about.
Overall, decent.

Delivery was spot on! Next day!

Thanks AOC.

After reading these reviews and a few on-line comparisons I thought can a 27" monitor at this price be this good, and the answer is yes. OK it does have a cheap stand, but once on it and tilted will it need anything more? It won't fall over so it's no big deal. The speakers are pants but how many people will use them. It's a smart monitor with a cracking display. Even out of the box with a few days to burn in it's decent. I've tweaked mine a bit, I found the settings mentioned here didn't look that good where mines placed.

I've gone from a 40" Toshiba TV that did make games look great, the downside was the screen was reflective, this makes them seem slightly dull but no need to worry about sunlight etc. I got fed up moving my head to focus on the whole screen. Fine from a distance but looking at the internet and typing on a desk within two feet was a joke, so this is way better. No flicker, no dead pixels and not too big. Unless you can find this monitor cheaper I doubt you'll do better for the price.

The price was suspiciously low, but based on the Amazon feedback and reviews and some other reviews I consulted, I decided to take the leap.

No wonder everyone's going on about this monitor, it's brilliant! Definitely among the best value items I've ever purchased. The picture quality is nothing short of amazing, the colours are easily adjusted to suit your taste and the size is perfect for my needs.

I absolutely can't give this monitor less than 5 stars.

You will be hard pushed to find a better monitor than this in this price range.
The clarity, colour and response of this monitor is superb once you tweak the settings a little.

As mentioned by other reviewers the base is fairly poor. It is fit for propose but is very basic and allows little adjustment.

Check your monitor carefully for dead or stuck pixels on delivery. I know this is the case with any monitor buy my first one arrived with two.
