Absolutely made up with this processor!!! if you are into overclocking then this is the one for you, clocked mine to 4.0 ghz without any effort whatsoever, thats 800 mhz for FREE on all 6 cores!!! ( and still room for more speed )This is the best value per ghz processor on the market.

This is an amazing CPU, admittedly I upgraded from a AMD 2x Athlon, but it is amazing, before using Pinnacle Studio to burn a movie on a DVD-RW would take 2 hours plus, while at the whole time it would be on 100% usage, on both cores, this beauty literally owns that, taking an hour tops at 60% usage, maximum!
It is rated 7.5 (out of 7.9) on my computer Windows Experience Index (stock clock), it is an absolute king in the AMD CPU market, and a really high contender out of all CPUs, especially on a cost to power ratio.
Have yet to over-clock, but will probably look at it into the future.
As a note, playing Crysis 2 on highest with a HD 5870 GPU, the temperature, with stock cooler, reached 50 degrees Celsius, maximum, at the end of 3 hours playing.
Overall, this is an amazing product, and I am glad I went for the best AMD has to offer, it is the brain of my new pc build, and I am glad to say that this really has made my computer smart :D

Recently upgraded from a Quad-core AMD that was not a good match for the Asus motherboard it was in, to a new (ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3) mobo, and the combination works really well! Used the auto-tune-thingy in the BIOS to overclock it, and it ticks away happily at ~30% faster.
Scores 8800 on Geekbench, without having really tried tweaking; the real-world tests are (a) Windows 7, which works pretty well, considering [it's running off an old, fragmented IDE drive], and (b) Ubuntu 11.04 which flies!

The AMD Phenom II x6 1100T is just great even without overclocking, but if you need more it easy to overclock but would suggest upgrading cooler if you do. Read more
