Bought this for my son for his birthday - thought he would be able to use it for downloading I tunes/homeworks etc.
despite several attemps and following all instructions in manual have still been unable to connect to wireless network.item is also very poor quality. I intend to ring the helpline today and if still unable to connect will gladly return this item to store for a full refund as appears to be nothing more than a glorified toy

We purchased this for our 6 year old son and it looks the part and we were delighted with it until we couldn't establish a wireless connection. We have followed the instruction to the letter and it just keeps coming up "no signal". We have 2 laptops and the signal is excellent so I just don't understand it. I have e-mailed Galaxy twice so hope that somebody will come back to em soon to solve this problem or we will need to request a full refund.

iTS RUBBISH I BROUGHT IT FOR MY 12YAER OLD DOUGHTER AND THE SCREEN IS SOOO SMALL WE HAD TO KEEP ZOOMING IN! WICH WAS A PROBLEM BECAUS THERE WASNT A ZOOM BUTTTON. DONT BOTHER!
