... so get it right, Amazon. Not quite as good as its precursor, but still a fin record. But why but this rather than the collected set?

African Dub Chapter 4 15 Jun. 2008
By Stuart Jefferson - Published on
Format: Audio CD
Approximately 36 min. Remastered sound. This set was released in 1979 and continues to pay respects to Randy's Record Mart. Listening to this set one can hear how dub music changed over the previous five or so years. For one thing, a sixteen track recorder was in use, which gave the mixer,Errol Thompson a lot of latitude in what he could combine on the final listen. Because of this the sound is a bit different than Chapter One in this series. But don't worry, this is still dub like its supposed to sound. The musicians include Sly Dunbar,Lloyd Parks, and Park's touring band. Anyone who likes dub will feel right at home listening to this. Original tracks by Dennis Brown,Horace Andy, the Heptones, and the Paragons, among others form the basis this time around. This is a set that alone,or,with the other chapters in this series, can fill the need of anyone looking for some good authentic dub music, mixed by a master.
