The author believes that prayer is about our personal experience of God and that evangelism is telling others of these experiences of God. The one leads to the other and they are inseperable ... We come to know God in order that we may better understand ourselves. It may not be the intention of the writer, but I am left with the impression that prayer is regarded as the highest act of self-discovery. I find this worrying
