This is a simple but fantastic product. I was so impressed with the first one that I immediately bought two more. In the course of about a month, we've caught approximately 100 moths. I knew we had a moth 'infestation' of sorts, but dread to think how many we would have now and in the future if I hadn't bought these traps! Don't hesitate to buy - this is money extremely well spent.

Having seen no moths in around a year and a half I spotted two over a week and thought I'd give this trap a go. It is easily assembled and within minutes of peeling off the cover to the sticky pheromone sides several moths appeared near the trap. It's currently in day 3 of use, day 1 saw around 8 moths appear flying around - hence my suggestion to keep a can of fly spray handy as they can be tricky to swat - day 2 saw two moths stuck in the trap plus another six or so flying around. Day 3 has seen a few more fluttering around.
The pheromones clearly get the moths moving although not suicidally throwing themselves into the trap but handy that at least they appear to be drawn out into the open where they can then be disposed of if spotted.

Recommended to me by a friend, I recommend this to everyone whose clothes have been eaten by moths. It is a horrible way to go: when you are expecting a bit of the other instead to be stuck to cardboard. But we have trapped around 50 - yes 50 - moths in the last few weeks in a house full of cedar balls, moth killer strips, moth balls and lavender sachets. It is too late to avoid destruction by holes this year, but we hope to have interrupted the reproduction cycle permanently for the future.

slow start, but worked well

Most definitely catches moths
