Possibly the Most Important Preston Book Yet 2 April 2013
By Searching for what the Bible actually says - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Many people have commented on the basics of preterism such as time statements and the relationship between the Olivet Discourse and the book of Revelation. But, this book takes it to the next level. One of the strongest arguments for traditional partial preterism (one that allows you to have your cake and eat it too) is that the events of 70AD were important, but that they only foreshadowed events still to come. This position allows them to simply throw their hands in the air about elements of their system that seem out of tune because the earlier events would simply be types and shadows of the real future event anyway. Don demolishes that assertion. If partial preterists like DeMar, McDurmon, and Gentry want to be taken seriously they are going to have to counter this book point by point. But, I doubt that they understand their own systems as well as Don does, so I doubt they'll be successful (or even make an attempt to do so).

Don Preston really has a way of connecting the dots, he makes the scriptures flow and you can see the big picture. He is very knowledgable in the scriptures Old and New. Love to hear him speak as well as read his books, he makes you think for yourself.

Disclaimer: I haven't read the book, so this ISN'T a review. I just want to point out that, very simply, full preterism is heresy. This book denies the Christian's hope of the resurrection of the body. Ergo, it's a heretical book.
