Back in the dark reaches of Clan outer worlds you 'The Player' become a clanner with one of two factions, The Infamous Clan Wolf and the equaly powerful Jade Falcon. Picking either faction matters not as the game progresses in much the same manner. The only difference is a few missions and the end sequence.
Taking hold of some old style Mech's compared to todays choices you blast your way through politics that are the warring Clans and gain rank from a lowly Mech Warrior to Star commander and above. Its not on the same parr as the new mech games but 'Old Schoolers' won't mind a bit cos its not supposed to be. For a cheap, Mech slaying classic on an ageing console you cant go wrong.
To finish, this is THE game that got me hooked on the mech warrior series and even now gets dusted out of the closet every now and again.
