I ordered a battery charger for my camera. Upon receiving the charger I realised very quickly that it did not work, I sent the item back to ABC and after 1 week I was told that I had put the battery in upside down and this is why it did not work, I may be female but I did have the intelligence to try the battery in different ways in the charger it was extremely obvious the equipment was faulty. I received a new charger which worked very differently and perfectly, confirming to me that the original charger had indeed been broken. However upon speaking to the technician once more at ABC I was informed again that I had 'put the battery in upside down' I am still waiting for an apology and reimbursement for postage.
