Having purchased a Sony D-NF340 MP3 Personal CD Player from another supplier which on arrival did not contain an AC adaptor as described in the accompanying instruction leaflet I contacted Sony only to learn that the stated adaptor was no longer available. The replacement Sony adaptor could be obtained at a cost in excess of £50 which was more than the price of the CD player which should have included one in the first place. ABC Products advertised a compatible AC Adaptor to the one Sony no longer provided,the AC-45HG model.I was however reluctant to make this purchase as the only customer review of this company was particularly derogatory. Despite my misgivings, as it appeared to meet my needs and at such a favourable price I decided to risk it. I was very pleased I did. The Adaptor was received 2 days ahead of the delivery window, was well packaged and works a treat. I obviously cannot judge the validity of the previous review but my experience of this company is such that I would have no hesitation in making further purchases from them when needed.

I will never buy form this company again. They sent the wrong Voltage adapter. I have sent 4 emails to them and they have replied once not acknowledging my problem at all. Now they are ignoring my request to return the item for a refund. Not a company Amazon should be dealing with!!

Having read previous reviews of this product it seemed to me to be well worth the investment. Having received the adaptor in rapid time, well packed and presented, it has worked perfectly. It should only do what it was produced to do - and that is what it does. I am well pleased with it.
