An easy to read intro to topics 6 Jan 2012

Format:Paperback

I used this to prep for a consultant interview and found it easy to read and laid out logically with a good flow. There is good use of illustrations and flow charts to highlight concepts. It lays out different theories and concepts without being prescriptive. I used lots of material from this in my interview presentation and in answers to questions. It won't go into huge detail on any topic but does point you in the direction of further reading if you want more detail.
