About the Author
Elisabeth Vincentelli is the author of the book ABBA s ABBA Gold, published in 2004. She is the chief drama critic at the New York Post, and previously worked at Time Out New York, first as the music editor and then as the arts & entertainment editor. Her music writing has appeared in the anthologies The Rolling Stone Encyclopaedia of Rock & Roll and Best Music Writing of 2007, as well as Rolling Stone, The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, The Village Voice, Slate, and The Believer, among others.

A great book for any ABBA enthusiast. Some really excellent photos that haven't been seen in other ABBA publications. Nothing new as far as information goes, however, the photos and reproductions of concert tickets, stickers etc are very quirky and make this book a must have!

I think this book deserves 4 to five stars and there are so many boring Abba Books with good reviews ( some of them official ),I think it's unfair to rate the book like 1 or 2 stars. A lot of books have errors and repeated photos. For me the book has a very good quality and what the people hope to find inside a book as a memmorabilia ? a piece of a stage from 1977 Abba Australian tour? I don't know, but I respect the opinion of others. I just have writen this review because the book can be a good add to all collection and the pictures chosen are really good for die hard fans and first time voyagers and it's not a disappointing item at all. Hey ABBA FAns ( like me) leave the bad mood at home.

Nice heavy book with loads of pictures and copies of memorabilia. This book is not for revealing new nuggets of info, its purely a luxury chronicle of ABBA's time at the top. And it does this superbly.

big disapointment!
What a disapointment...reversed photos and too much already published photos...errors in text and legends of pictures..so so reproductions of memorabilia.... Read more
