A really good book, well laid out,divided in city areas which makes it useful to blitz a particular region. Helpful advice about travel and getting around. The fold out map at the back is very sturdy and useful for carrying around on its own. Covers the top 25 sights well and gives suggestions for more to see and do. Nice photos too.

I have used the AA guides on a previous holiday and did not even hesitate when I bought this one for a trip to Barcelona. Unfortunately this one was much older, and though it covered the main sights really well, the restaurants and prices were out of date on a lot of them. It would be the perfect book if it just had an update! Still a good read for a first time visit though.

Very usefull little book, light to carry but very compact with all the info you need. I really like the way the city is broken up into sections and the street maps of each are clearly laid out and easy to understand. The suggested walking tours and 2 day itinery was also very usefull!
