Fun:
This has got to be just about the best Wii remote control chargers out there. Firstly, great that it charges 4 remote controls which not many chargers do, secondly it stores 2 nunchucks tidily at the back, the Wii console sits nicely and securely in the middle and of course this is powered by the Wii's power supply and not a USB port. This makes charging quicker and means you don't lose any USB port which is needed for some games (microphone in "Boogie" for example or if you have Wii Speak, you need a USB Port permanently). An added bonus I didn't realise before I received the unit it that it uses normal rechargeable AAA batteries which means you can go out and buy good quality batteries and replace them in the future with no hassle.
One little minus point for me - As soon as you connect this charger, there is a blue light around the Wii console, which looks cool, but you can never switch it off! When I'm watching a film or something it is quite bright and distracting not to mention power consuming. I have got around this by opening up the unit and disconnecting the lights, so now for me - My charger is PERFECT!

Fun:
Needed a charging dock for our new Wii and found this one on Amazon. Great buy with extras at a great price. Holds the Wii console and 4 remotes and also 2 numchucks. Great for reminding my kids to put remotes away when they've finished. You must buy 2xAAA batteries also for each remote. They supply a different backing for the remotes to house these in order to set them into the charger. The Wii console has a blue light surrounding it and the remotes.The Wii remotes are Red when charging and turn to blue when fully charged. Remember don't over charge the remotes and I find that its great when they're fully charged just turn the 'blue' lights off by a push button at the front. Also they're designed so that you don't have to remove the wrist band before charging. Definately recommend this product over and above the standard docking station as you don't need an extra socket.

Fun:
The prodcut does what it says and is good value for money. The blue light, whilst permanently on, is not too troublesome as it is limited to the suround of the console and controllers. My problem is that you have to strip the protective gloves off the controllers for them to fit! I am sure these will be torn within a week with the on/off routine. Pity accomodation could not have been given to these.

Best Quad Charger so far....
I have had a very similiar Quad charging station from Argos - this lasted 12 months approx - not good considering the battery packs are v difficult to source an replace. Read more

Great replacement
Bought this for our Wii. Does the job exactly and much better then the previous unit we had as you can turn it off on the base without having to unplug it.
