Received this case today. It fits the 9.7" Fusion 5 premium perfectly, leaving the ports and both cameras all available. The power button is covered but usable through a small hole you can fit a fingernail through - I assume this is to avoid it being accidentally hit, it certainly doesn't stop you using the power button. The cover is solid, well constructed and looks good. The front cover folds around to stand the tablet in landscape mode.

I just received this case this morning, and it fits the premium 9.7" tablet well, but not perfectly, hence four not five stars.
The tablet is held securly enough with the webcam and camera/speaker holes lining up nicely and the exterior volume and back buttons accessible. The power button on the side is covered completely by a small strap with a hole in, but I think this is actually by design as not only is the power button still usable, but thanks to the small hole in the strap it actually makes it very easy to locate and use by touch alone (when your finger tip is on the hole you are directly on the power button so you know when to press).
The only problem with the design is the other side restraining strap on the same side as the power button, as it is about 1cm too long and completely covers the headphone socket and partially covers one of the USB ports. This however took less than a minute to rectify with a craft knife and now the tablet fits perfectly.
The front cover, when folded up to make the stand, works great and is at a very comfortable angle whether sitting at a table watching a movie or working in the kitchen browsing the web for recipes.When closed the tablet is covered and well protected, the case being slightly larger than the tablet and so stopping the edges or corners from bumping.There is however no clasp, velcro or magnet to keep the case securely closed when carried around in a larger bag/rucksack so you should think about a separate screen protector if you plan to carry your tablet around in this way.
