I love this book it is easy to read, informative, well laid out and is on my desk in my office all the time, for easy accsess. I am an Holistic Practitioner, but I think this volume would be a very easy format for the student. For all those in the complementary field it is a must.

I havent used this book much,its ok, does the job but not as detailed as I would have liked for certain drugs and found myself referring to online resources instead. You could do worse than this book but what id say is online resources would do the job just fine and the purchase is not necessary. **Edit to review** reduced book from 3 stars to 2 stars as tried to use book for assignment, only to find that the references are not printed in the book...I've never seen this before in my life!!! How can you use numbers for referencing throughout a book and not print the references? They have provided the references online, as mentioned at the start of the book. Its done through some site called aisle7.com.
