One of these bird boxes arrived damaged.
After taking and emailing a picture of the damaged item I was promised a replacement.
I didn't appear and despite me chasing it once it still never happened.

The other reviewers omit an essential piece of information (as does the manufacturer, Gardman) - CAN THIS BOX BE CLEANED? Birds do not clean their own boxes - that's up to us humans. Boxes MUST be cleaned every year because there could be a mess inside. So if Gardman have failed to supply an easy opening for cleaning, it's a dud box. Incidentally, the official final day for cleaning UK boxes is always St Valentine's Day, February 14.
