This book is a great introduction to The Zone way of eating. It explains the way food blocks are structured, how to adapt existing recipes into the Zone way of eating. It's not a 7 day diet book, it shows an example of 7 days in the Zone to demonstrate the amount of food you can consume in a day at only 1200 calaries. It will totally change the way you eat without making you feel constantly hungry or feeling that you are depriving yourself. If you are like me in the way that when you start a diet all you can think about from then on is what i am going to eat next this book will help you change that, i find the problem is 'how am i going to eat all of that' !
The book is laid out in a very easy manner, with food plans for both women and men, i think it is totally accessable to everyone, go on, try it!
