When you look at the stellar lineup of talent on this tribute, expectations are naturally very high.
Somehow, however, it doesn't quite live up to the expectations, and I can't help but think that this is a reflection on the quality of the songs, rather than the artists involved. Heresy to legions of Accept fans around the globe, perhaps, but except in a few places, it just doesn't really work for me.
Those exceptions are Hammerfall's "Head over heels", Therion's "The king", and Dimmu Borgir's absolutely stunning "Metal heart" (which was always Accept's best track anyway).
