Product Description

It is some achievement to pack into one manageable sized text a practical guide to a complicated topic like landlord and tenant law but Garner and Frith have (once again) expertly managed it with iA Practical Approach to Landlord and Tenant Lawr. (Russell J Kelsall, Student Law Journal)

Review from previous edition This book's title delivers what it promises: a practical approach to an area of law that is beset with traps for the unwary (New Law Journal)

It will be ideally suited to the busy practitioner who needs a straightforward introduction to the key principles...there are helpful introductions to the key principles of leasehold enfranchisement, commonhold and the right to manage (Stephen Murch (4 Paper Buildings), New Law Journal)

About the Author

Simon Garner and Alexandra Frith are both barristers specializing in landlord and tenant law. Alexandra Frith is also a tutor on the Bar Professional Training Course at Kaplan Law School
