Sarah likes doing things herself but when faced with a box of skateboard parts she can't put together the night before her son's birthday, she is forced to go to her handsome new neighbor for help. This was so cute! Great family story of love, healing, and starting a wonderful new life. I found it inspiring!

Sarah seems like such a sweet person and you are immediately drawn to her. You can't help but want something good to come her way, and it does in the form of her new neighbor, Matt. Their need for companionship, the timing, and their mutual attraction to each other are a recipe for not only cookies, but for a new beginning.

Ms. Panzera has touched on two very real life situation here and spins a tale that will leave everyone smiling.

In A Perfect Opportunity, author Darlene Panzara portrays Sarah as someone who is facing sizable obstacles, but Sarah also has a good deal of stregth and a love for her son. Matt, who just moved in next door to Sarah, is good natured construction worker with a genuine sense of humor and a great deal of love for his son as well. Watching these two neighbors do the dance of courtship was heart warming and the ending is so full of possibility. This is a wonderful story that any struggling single parent can relate to. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed this short romance story. It's flirty in a sweet way, and I loved the main characters, Sarah and Matt. Sarah's trying her best to make ends meet as a single mother and hates asking people for help. But luckily for her, Matt, the new next door neighbor, is more than eager to help her assemble a skateboard for her son's birthday, help out at her son's party, and anything else she needs help with but won't admit. This is the story of two good people (one widowed and one divorced) finding happiness together. More than once, A Perfect Opportunity made me smile. Highly recommend!

I loved reading this heartwarming sweet short story by Darlene Panzera. I loved the cute funny thoughts of the characters, and enjoyed how this story portrayed real family values in a real life situation. You finish reading with a smile in your heart that Sara not only has A Perfect Opportunity at finding love but has found what really matters in this world.If you loved reading A Perfect Opportunity I would recomend reading Darlene's other short story A Look of Love
