Not many young female artists are given the opportunity to write and produce many of their songs on their debut album, but miss dynamite was, and she has proved that there is talent amongst us, other then the conventional britneys and atomic kitten wannabes.
The lyrical contents touched me, because finally there is music which i can relate to. Constantly hearing about how 'inlove i am with you' is tiresome, but Naomi moves away from that, concentrating on her own experiences.
The album is very deep, hence the title, but songs such as Krazy Krush add that little extra something which makes me smile.
And there is also a hidden suprise at the end of track 19.....dont press the stop button yet!

This is a fantastic album and one that i would rate as in my top ten of best ever albums. The brilliance of the lyrics and the urban, gritty language combines with the R n B flavour to produce a wonderful and important album. Released in 2005, it has influenced many an artist since. The autobiographical nature of the album comes through in tracks like Put him out ( a sentiment that will be shared by women everywhere) and Brother. Totally brilliant. I recommend you buy it immediately and listen to it a lot.
