Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
This is a very special book. I have always enjoyed the paintings, but realised I could never afford to buy one. This book not only shows the great work but gives a short description of each of them which for me brings it all to life. I thought this book purchase would have cured me and stopped me wanting to buy a picture, but in fact has made me want one even more!!
The book is very detailed, good reproduction quality and a real insight to the great man himself along with understanding where his ideas come from. I wasnt disappointed with this purchase and would fully recommend this.

Format: Hardcover
This was everything I hoped it would be. Rolf Harris is a very talented painter, and his use of light and colour is second to none. His story, which is lightly dealt throughout the book, adds to the interest. Known more for his television paintings, done on large backdrops with emulsion and house painting brushes, doesn't begin to showcase his talent as this book does.

Format: Hardcover
I bought the most expensive of Rolf Harris' "My Life in Art" hardback via Amazon approximately 4-6 weeks ago. This was for my female partner. We were both absolutely delighted and even more surprised than previously at this great artist's talent, beautifully illustrated in this particular tome. It more about viewing Rolf's numerous great paintings with minimalisic though informative wordage. Paper quality, binding and dust cover: excellent.Whenever or whatever I buy from Amazon, I always pay for express delivery to get what I want fast and avoid us being tied at home waiting to receive and sign for the package. So it was with Rolf's masterpiece collection which arrived within 24 hrs at the time Amazon's fast confirmative e-mail promised.
