Format:Paperback
The heroine is an orphan, brought up in a harsh, greedy village by an old woman. She learns how to make a harp of fishbones, and eventually runs away to discover her own history and the curse under which her ancestral city lies - a city that can only be freed by music made by an instrument nobody has ever heard before.

Rich with mystery, mmagic, melancholy and joy, these are matchless stories for any child of 7+
