Another must have album from Yoko Kanno...

Turn-A-Gundam volume 2 sound track is very nice. I has a wide viraity of music from the 1920s ballroom style in "Untill" to the futuristic fast-pace music in "Alpha and Omega". This cd also contains the tv edition intro song to the series. Of course there is also Yoko's famous sympathy music.
All in all, a great CD with a wide viraity of enjoyable music, well worth any purchase. Plus ... you are garanteed to get the official japanese edition of the CDs so it will be a more costly purchase, but will be of extremely high quality.
I also recomend Turn-A-Gundam OST volume 1: Moon, that has the same high quality in songs.
If you like Yoko Kanno's music I also suggest that you purchase music from the following anime Shows:
~Escaflone
~Brain Powered
~Cowboy Bebop
~Card Captor Sakura (volume 4, because Yoko Kanno worked on this one)
Also try Yoko Kanno's "Songs to Fly" or songs by Maaya Sakamoto (Who is often teaming up with Kanno)

All three Turn-A Gundam albums contain pieces composed entirely by Yoko Kanno, the incredibly diverse and talented artist behind the music of Macross, Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, and others. This particular collection is a combination focusses on symphonic pieces but also contains some pop and modern. The symphonic compositions represent the latest development in the complexity and depth of her work, while the pop and modern pieces continue to be enjoyable. Kanno's incredible mastery of any form of music from blues, to jazz, to pop, rock, to classical and opera never fails to amaze. Kanno is a modern genius whose pure joy in writing new music is obvious in every note and whose eclectic style continues to evolve as we watch.
