Good entertaining read 9 April 2002
Format:Paperback
If you are expecting a similar story to Maeve Harans' more recent books you might be surprised. As I was. I have read all of her books now and feel that this is definitely one of her better ones(All though none of them are bad). This is a good family saga with feuds and backbiting as all good saga's should have. The main character is very likeable and it's easy to emphasise with her. Family secrets are revealed along the way with the biggest and most important saved until the end.
