I was taken aback when this book ended. It ended so abruptly, I actually thought someone had torn the last page(s) out.
This is lazy writing/editing at its absolute worst.
The plotting is dire, the characters vapid.
The author tells us who's responsibe for the crime well before the end (not that that was a surprise).
Oh, and just to vent one last time: if the main character is going to take her spaniel out into the garden for a late night walk - I, and others, can guess why this needs to be the case. I do not need to know that the dog needs a 'widdle'.
On the other hand, I genuinely applaud the author on succeeding with her ongoing publications about Thea. Obviously not for me, but others must find her a fine read.
