This is a re-issue of Elvis' 1959 hit single. Released while he was in the Army, "A Big Hunk O' Love" still topped the US singles chart despite Elvis not being available to promote the song. It's flip-side, the over produced "My Wish Came True" was also a hit reaching number 12 in the US. I always though the production of "My Wish Came True" made it sound more like a 1940's big production number instead of something that the budding King of Rock and Roll would record. Still it is a nice collector's item for avid Elvis fans.
