She has a PhD in Archaeology and a Masters Degree in Physics from Oxford University, specialising in cosmology and quantum physics. This can transform your life!,

To me this book provided a practical bridge between the mainy theories on self-development and how to put them into practise in a simple and effective way. The science in the first half was informative without being too technical, demonstrating how science and spirituality can and do co-exist with one another, and I liked the message that as we open to ideas about Consciousness, we can begin to co-create our own reality.
The second half was particuarly useful as it explained how to work with the higher transpersonal chakras, beginning with the 8th chakra. This not only enhanced my own personal practise, but taught me how to work with collective/transpersonal energies for planetary healing. Since reading the 8th chakra, I have been putting some of the theory outlined in the book into practise and can honestly say that it really has transformed my life!

I was impressed by this book as it brought together a lot of ideas that Id looked at about the nature of reality and our energetic structure. Also some of the concepts matched with Buddhist ideas that I currently study/practice. A real breath of fresh air, with points clearly explained and linked in a coherant way.
Id recommend this to anyone with an interest in energy and its place in our spiritual evolution/understanding

Who would of thought the 8th chakra would be so full of all this information and help you understand
what exactly it is .I have also read some other books from this author (Hope) which you will find just as good. It's not just about all theory it's about Jude Currivan and her experiences and how her beautiful mind and incredible writning skills has transformed into this book. Love & Blessings Jude
