5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book! 18 Oct 2010
Format:Paperback
Fabulous recipes and clear and concise information about cooking in a Halogen Oven - temperatures, rack heights for roasting, grilling, re-heating etc. I love this new way of cooking (I hardly ever use my conventional oven and grill) and this book has really expanded my culinary repertoire. And, thanks to this book, my husband (who was initially sceptical about my new 'toy') is hooked. He is particularly keen on the fish recipes - Mushrooms stuffed with Scallops, Whole Baked Fish etc, and I'm looking forward to trying the Bread recipes. An essential book to help you make the most of Halogen Oven cooking.GOLD-TEC HALOGEN OVEN (12-17 LITRES) WITH FREE RING EXTENDER & £50 OF ACCESSORIES!

4.0 out of 5 stars Halogen cookbook 10 Jan 2011
Format:Paperback
Out of 3 Halogen oven cookbooks bought I rate this as the second best (first is 'The Everyday Halogen Oven Cookbook 'by Sarah Flower). The book being reviewed is simple & uncomplicated & is ideal as a starter when first buying a halogen oven. Chapters are broken down into ingredients eg. veg, fish, meat etc. which is useful but as there are only 80 recipes, each section is a little short on choice.Well worth the money paid.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic book 26 May 2011
Format:Paperback
I have purchased many cookbooks but this is the best one I have ever came across the Recipes are so easy and simple which don't call for a lot of stuff which most of the time you never use. I love this book and would recommend it to anyone wanting a down to earth easy cookbook for a Halogen Oven. J Keeley
