This camera is not really as described. The sound is awful ! The manual that came iwth the camera - does not actually relate to the camera in the box. Not really very happy with the quality of the device - the videos created are supposed to be AVI but the file size of the actual recording is massive ! Takes ages to transfer to PC and even then the quality is crap. Wish I hadn't bought it now. !!!!!!

Had problems with the first camera they sent me where it kept crashing, trying to get it replaced turned out to be a nightmare, had to chase them to sort. Eventually I sent the camera back by recorded delivery (paid out of my own pocket) never heard anymore for over a week, chased them again and the product only conveniently arrived at their workshop that very morning (erm strange that, I must have been born yesterday an apology explaining we forgotten about you would have been better). I then received the replacement camera within two days.
The replacement camera seems to be working ok, I use it in my lorry, it has the occasional little moment, but I can't grumble about the replacement, I appreciate it is a cheap camera. I sent the original back as it kept crashing, even though the product is cheap I still expect it to do what it is suppose to do (i.e record things). To be fair, the camera records at a good standard, so when it is working it isn't a bad camera. But the 1 star is purely for the customer service, the camera itself is worth another star.

The camera was bought as "new", the packaging was damaged, the leads were not in bags or tied with twist wires, it looked used.
The camera did not work, it did not recognise the SD card, it would only switch on if attached to a mains power supply.
The customer service was extremely poor, no explanation as to the condition, no replacement offered, even though i asked for one. They said the money was refunded, then I was told they would send me another camera if I confirmed the delivery address, I did this, the camera never arrived, then they wanted to know if I had returned the original, final straw was their last mail saying, Money refunded, if you want one then order it.
I will never deal with BV again.
