A good mat with a rich colour that is pretty thick and seems to be withstanding the day to day wear and tear of yoga and fitness exercise.
I found the mat a little slippery when new but a couple of wipes with a damp cloth added a little more stickiness. I've also started wearing support gloves for my wrists and find these really do cling to the mat so that's also an option for extra grip.
One thing I will mention is the instructions clearly state that the mat is Not machine washable, so the Amazon description is wrong.

After three months of yoga I finally decided to buy a proper mat. It's fairly thick and comfortable enough for the knees and head. I also bought this because it claims to contain fewer toxic materials - and out of the box it was almost free of any plastic smell.
There are definitely stickier mats out there, but this is stable and I have never slipped on it. Cleans easily with a cloth and does the job.

Great value mat

Waste of money
This yoga mat is not fit for purpose. It is slippery and you sink into it. I wiped it down and used it again but that was still no use. It's in the bin now. Read more
