This is an excellent good for everything mat. It is a normal mat size, it's not one one those narrow pilates ones. It is thick enough so my bones don't dig into the floor, and is also made of a slightly sticky rubber substance, so that your hands don't slip when 'doing the dog'.
The bag is a very useful addition, the mat fits easily into it when rolled up, and has a drawstring top which closes with a toggle. The strings that close the bag then are attached firmly to the other end of the bag, so that you can carry the mat on your back, like a rucksack.
I recommend this mat because it is light and easy to carry around, rolls up easily, non-slip, lays flat, and is comfortable to exercise on.

I got this product because it was the only one with a review and I can't really say more than the other customer has.
It's really good quality and the bag is a great addition, especially in my cluttered house!
I originally intended to use this mat just to sit-ups but ended up getting a Yoga book and starting to teach myself. and it's proved good for both uses. The only problem I have is it's a little too short! But it still deserves five stars.

easy to carry along with you!

yoga mat
The mat does not slide on the floor which is very convinient and safe for exercise! the carry on bag is very convinient for storage and to take to classes as well. Enjoy!

Cheap, great mat

good
could be a little more padded since i can still feel the hardness of the floor whilst doing exercise on my back, but other than that, it is the perfect length and does do the job!
