Thanks to the hi-tech closed cell structure. This mat is designed to absorb impact and pressure, but resist water and dirt. Suitable for all types of exercise, rehabilitation, yoga, pilates and general gym work.

When I decided to go looking for an exercise mat I had one main requirement - good thickness.
Compared to most of the alternatives I could find this one was a good bit thicker than anything else. This is 1.7 cm where most are just 1 cm.
The mat is comfortable and you can't feel the floor, even if you're a lardbutt like me at 15 and a half stone.
It's completely double sided (blue and black) and rolls up easily. There are a coupld of ringed holes for hanging it up or putting straps on it.
All around a damn fine mat and worth the extra money.

This is a great mat for exercising on it does what it says on the tin. I am a weighty person and this easily supports me and it insulates well from the floor (it almost feels warm)

Bought this mat for pilates as was thickest I could find that would roll up. I have lower back problem and wanted more cushioning than most mats offer. Mat is as described and very good. It does roll up but as it's thick it's a bigger roll and tricky getting it into my pilates bag but a strap secures it. Great for home use and I have taken it several times to class. The strap I use wasn't provided. Worth it for comfort.

Excellent Quality
The item arrived well ahead of the estimate. Arrived in excellent condition and is ideal for Yoga. Expensive yes but Quality warrants it.

Excellent mat
Having not renewed my gym membership I needed a mat to do my toning exercises on. This is a quality mat - would highly recommend it.
