Having slipped a couple of disks in my neck I needed something to support my neck whilst in bed. I'd tried using a rolled-up towel but this became rock-hard through the night and I ended-up with a stiff neck and a headache. This roll slips into the pillow case and when used with a soft pillow (I use a duck-down), the rest of the pillow can be moulded around it. The roll fits nearest to your body in the pillow so that when you rest your head on the pillow the roll fills that gap between your shoulders and the pillow. I found it gave me a really good night's sleep and I've now been using it for around three months. Sometimes, if I move in the night, my head may end-up on the roll which can be uncomfortable - but that usually wakes me up so I just shift back into a more comfortable position. I've taken the roll with me on holiday and it slips into the suitcase, taking up very little room. I wouldn't now try sleeping without it, even though my neck pain is a lot better than it was. Anything is better than the recurrent headaches I used to get every morning before I used the neck roll. It worked for me - I hope it works for you too.

I bought this after reading other reviews on how good this was,ive had a stiff neck on and off for weeks so anything was worth a try,i felt the benefit after just one night, you slip it inside your pillow and it supports the back of the neck, just the job.

after breaking my neck doing a bungee jump in new zealand, after recovering my nights in bed were a nightmare, so bad that my wife couldnt sleep with me anylonger...great i finally had a bed to myself ..but the nights soon got lonely..so i bought this neck roll pillow ...now i sleep like a baby and my wife has returned to the bedroom, the only trouble is i have to keep my bedroom door locked to stop my dog bonzo from hugging it (if you know what mean!) (i think it must have a smell that attracts dogs)

I suffer from shoulder problems and have a cervical rib so using a normal pillow is not usually an option. I bought this recently before staying away for a week;it was very good and didn't take up too much room in my suitcase. I simply pushed it inside the normal pillowcase, arranged it to suit and slept!

I have been using a 66Fit Physio Pu Foam Pillow for the past few months which has helped my painful neck considerably. I bought this neck roll to use on a long weekend in Amsterdam but was uncertain whether it would be the right thing. It was perfect. I tucked it under the ordinary pillow and had a great night's sleep every one of the 4 nights I was away. It is soft and flexible enough to fit into a 50cm suitcase - just! - and I can see it will be my constant companion on all future travels.

for neck pain, which after an Xray, was diagnosed as "wear and tear", my physio recommended using a rolled up towel in my pillow case, before buying an orthopaedic pillow. The towel did provide some benefit (along with the physio and exercises), so I decided to buy this neck roll. I would recommend it as it isn't too firm, and the diameter is a good fit for the correct support position. Not expensive, and my neck pain has not returned to the previous degree, of discomfort.

This works. I had a contour pillow (not memory foam) but it had gone a bit flat. Put this in the pillow case at the front of the pillow and it supports your neck beautifully. I haven't had a sore neck since I got it.

The most disappointing product you will ever buy! :( it doesn't bounce back and has no substance to it. Unbelievably expensive at approx £15 and I feel totally ripped off! Subsequently purchased a memory foam neck support from Lidle for a fiver! An absolutely fantastic product which does the job100%
