After the tragic death of his wife and child, famed American author Joseph Crone travels from the United States to Barcelona, Spain to reunite with his estranged brother Samuel and dying father, Richard. However, fate has a different plan for Joseph as his life becomes plagued with strange happenings, and the constant sightings of the number 11.
Curiosity quickly turns to obsession, and Joseph soon realizes that this number holds a horrific meaning not only to himself but possibly to all of religion. The film in the main is set in Spain and about an athiest son who relutantly returns home to see his dieing father and give help to his disabled brother who are both priests. He hinself keeps seeing signs in the form of the number 111 constantly being repeated, these signs could be a warning being sent to him and he has to come to terms with this his fathers death and the dangers to his brother. To say the least the repeating numbers do have an important significance and gradually evolve. I will go no further with the contents or the whole outcome will be given away. My gripe with the film is that you will have to certainly have to follow the film closely or repeat it to get the full value from it something I have yet to do.
