OK, so the original unit was DOA ... but supplier soon replaced it.

Finally got around to installing it, and was a little apprehensive as I've used a "quiet" PSU before. But this one, you don't even know it's on!

And cool? Put your hand beside the vent, (mine is 4" from a wall) and all you feel is a draught. No heat at all. And that's powering a i5 processor which is currently running at 29c per core!!

So to say I'm happy with the unit is quite an understatement.

This power supply died after 2 weeks, my computer would randomly die and retart itself again. Eventually the PSU gave up alltogether. I am not using a very high end system, with an Intel core i3, and a nVidia GT430 ( a graphics card that dosnt require a PCI-E power plug). This PSU is badly made and rated for an wattage that it cannot handle. Save your money, buy a good quility PSU from a good brand like CoolerMaster, Corsair, XFX ect.
