I have purchased this printer, it loaded easily & printed one document off but ever since keeps telling me there is no wireless connection. 12 Mar 2014
Hi Annie C, I have three Apple macs all wirelessly connected to the MG 6350 printer and have occasionally come across this or a similar problem, but all I can suggest is that you check that the printer designated on your computer is the Canon MG6300 series and that your computer has not reverted to your previous printer. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Do you need to buy a USB cable? 25 Feb 2014
Dear Kevin, I regret to say that I don't remember whether the printer came with one or whether I reused an old one. However, if you read yourself through the various reviews, I am sure that if there was no USB cable enclosed, someone would have had a moan about it! Sorry I could not be more helpful.
The photo print option on the LCD screen has 6x4, 7x5 and 10x8 options. Where do I place the 10x8 size photo paper? Can't see this anywhere. 12 Aug 2014
You have to use the lower cassette for the large sizes of paper, I have just tried a 10x8 and it works fine. You have to scroll down for the correct paper size of course, on the page set up if you are working through a p/c.
Not as far as I know. mine has a UK 3-pin plug with a 2 female at the compiter end
Yes, I do a lot of Card Crafts and print many cards on my Canon Pixma MG6350, using 200gm and also 250gm with no problem.
I can only comment on the MG6350, it is easy to use but is expensive in terms of ink consumption. The CD print facility is very useful
