Hi Annie C, I have three Apple macs all wirelessly connected to the MG 6350 printer and have occasionally come across this or a similar problem, but all I can suggest is that you check that the printer designated on your computer is the Canon MG6300 series and that your computer has not reverted to your previous printer. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Dear Kevin, I regret to say that I don't remember whether the printer came with one or whether I reused an old one. However, if you read yourself through the various reviews, I am sure that if there was no USB cable enclosed, someone would have had a moan about it! Sorry I could not be more helpful.

You have to use the lower cassette for the large sizes of paper, I have just tried a 10x8 and it works fine. You have to scroll down for the correct paper size of course, on the page set up if you are working through a p/c.

Yes, I do a lot of Card Crafts and print many cards on my Canon Pixma MG6350, using 200gm and also 250gm with no problem.

I can only comment on the MG6350, it is easy to use but is expensive in terms of ink consumption. The CD print facility is very useful

Andrew, I can confirm that the Canon PIXMA MG6350 will work with Windows 8.1. To date I have had no problems with the two communicating to each other. Hope this helps.
