What a fabulous piece of equipment ! If like me, you haven't exercised for a long time (and don't like exercising that much) then this is for you ! 10/15 minutes on the this power plate and you know you have done a workout. I vibrated in places I didn't know existed. Programme 3 is best for intensive fat burning but its good for massaging too. My cellulite has already improved after 2 weeks use. Can't wait to see the results by the time I go on holiday in August ..
