HDMI cable - checkGold plated end - check Normal price - check I still do not understand the people who spend a fortune on HDMI cables. The signal is digital... if you use this cable or a £100 cable there is NO DIFFERENCE expect for the hole in your pocket.

.... when you can buy a perfectly good lead such as this for such a reasonable price? Don't be fooled into buying expensive cables when a product likes this does the job perfectly well.Being flat is a great idea and makes hiding it under carpets easy.

With lots of firms selling HDMI cables in the tens or hundreds of pounds, why shell out all that when this one does the business!I'm using this cable in an edit suite for critical monitoring of full HD TV programmes (between a Blackmagic Multibridge and a Samsung LE32B550 HD monitor, the those of you who care), and would consider this cable to be all that anyone (looking for a flat cable) would ever need! I've heard/read lots of propaganda for why £100+ cables are better but it's utter rubbish! A digital cable - be it HDMI, USB, firewire, etc - either works or it doesn't. An expensive one doesn't provide a better picture (so long as there's reasonable shielding), just more money for someone else and less in your pocket! This one works...end of story.
