In a nutshell, the main character finds a case of documents from the future that tell of his own murder in five days time. He sets about trying to prevent it, but various other characters seem determined to thwart his efforts.

I was expecting a lot more time-travel stuff. It wasn't until the very last minute that we even discover who sent the case. And that minute is pretty much all we hear about the future, other than a few minor speculations by the characters. Nothing concrete is ever learnt about the time travel aspect and not much is done with that strand of the story.

However, I enjoyed this movie as a thriller. It's pretty good viewing, the acting was good and I did get into the story.

Basically, it was disappointing as a time travel movie, but pretty good as a thriller.

Very well acted (semi sci fi ) thriller that makes you want to keep watching. However , I found the ending a little unsatisfying , for me at least. As another reviewer said , not enough was made of the time travel / quantum mechanics aspect and it was wound up a little too hastily in my opinion after all the tension and build up involving the case found at the beginning of the series , leaving me trying to work out what had really happened and indeed what had started it all . All in all though well worth the watch.

I'll keep it short. Brilliant film, one of the best I have ever seen. Really. Got to see it early though!! Channel 4 showed it on the 18-19 June 2005 in 2 parts!
