Too basic to be really useful 9 Aug 2011

I loved the idea of a mini guide, as the normal size can be bulky. However, it contains no photos and very basic information, so doesn't give you a very good sense of the campsites. This has been consigned to the shelf as I had to revert back to the normal guides and internet. Waste of money really - you're better off shelling out a few more pounds.

This is a handy little book with some lovely campsites in. It is a nice size to carry with you in the car when camping. We have found the information accurate so far of the sites that we have visited

Cheap but not cheerful

Whilst it has some useful information the 2009 edition I purchased is surprisingly out-of-date and very limited in its coverage. Cheap but disappointing and of limited use to us.
